Features:

This machine is a highly efficient system that integrates edge trimming, trace pressing, grooves opening and corner cutting. The design of gradual sucking and adjustment ensures smooth feeding of bent carton board.

Functions:

Vacuum sucking. Electrical adjustment of grooving phases (with data displayed). 360°adjustment of grooving phases (with data displayed). Integrated adjustment of carton box grooving clearance and pressing trace clearance (with data displayed). The mid blade is moveable, which makes processing of over-sized boxes easy. All the shafts are treated by grinding and chrome plating. Central filling of lubricant on 45#forged gears makes low noise and stable running. Non-bond joining ensures long-term precision. Automatic counting controls output quantity accurately. The option of using hole-punching and hand-punching and hand-hole making is provided. Top-quality paper separating and grooving blades are used. Lighting system makes operation at night comfortable. Schneider electric appliances and imported bearings are used. PLC control with Human-Machine-lnterface.
